Customized 4-Week Workout Plan
This plan includes a personalized workout routine designed specifically for your fitness goals. Whether you're trying to add muscle mass, tone up or just starting out and need some guidance, this custom made plan will help you achieve your goals. This workout plan will include your weekly cardio training, resistance training (explained in detail), recommended range for sets and reps as well as effective training tips to produce the best results. This plan will include a 4-week routine, however it is important to switch up your routines every 4-6 weeks to confuse your muscles as your body will begin to adapt to the same routine. Once you complete the initial 4-week phase and decide that you want to continue to advance in your program, please e-mail me for a discount off the following 4-week phase. Additionally, you will have direct contact with me for any questions you may have. Following your purchase, you will receive a questionnaire via email. Please leave detailed answers so that I am able to personalize your meal plan specifically tailored for your fitness goals! Once I receive your answers, I will begin to design your plan.
