D.H.F. FALL 2018 BOOT CAMP - 6 WEEKS
Our FALL BOOT CAMP classes will consist of fun and challenging full body circuits! Classes will target weight loss, fat burning, building lean muscle mass, overall body toning and defining. Classes will be one hour of moderate intensity intervals of cardio and strength training focusing on full body; abs, arms, glutes, and legs. Ladies, gents and children of all fitness levels are welcome to join! Together we will motivate and inspire each other to reach our goals!
