SPRING '19 BOOT CAMP
Our SPRING '19 BOOT CAMP will consist of fun and challenging full body circuits utilizing Peripheral Heart Action Training to maximize fat burning while building lean muscle mass. Classes will be one hour of moderate intensity intervals of cardio and strength training focusing on full body; abs, arms, glutes, and legs. All fitness levels are welcome to join! Together we will motivate and inspire each other to reach our goals!
